Entrepreneurial capability in some studies refers to an entrepreneur’s “capacity to sense, select, and shape opportunities, and to synchronize their strategic moves and resources in pursuit of these opportunities” (Abdelgawad et al., 2013).  In this study, it simply refers to the ability and skills of entrepreneurs to start, operate, expand, and survive their businesses.
